Privacy
This page explains what Best Brief (a Watel product, "we") collects on this site and why. Short version: there is no account and no sign-up; we measure how the page is used, and we hold the details you give us when you book a call.
Site measurement
We record anonymous usage events on our own servers: page views, which sections were scrolled into view, which sample videos were played, and clicks on the booking button. Each browser gets a random identifier stored in its local storage so that repeat visits count once. These events carry no name or email address.
We also use the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 to understand which campaigns bring visitors. They set cookies and receive standard events (page view, content view, contact) together with browser and device information. You can limit this in your Meta or Google settings or with a browser that blocks tracking.
Booking a call
When you book a scoping call, the booking tool collects your name, email address, maison, role and the details you type, under its own privacy policy. We use those details to prepare and hold the call and to send you a written proposal if you ask for one. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Sample videos
The sample briefings on this page feature products and a maison created by us for demonstration. The presenter is generated. No client data is used.
Keeping and deleting data
Booking details are kept while a conversation is active and for up to 12 months after it ends, unless a contract follows. Anything can be deleted on request: email tonje@trymuse.com and we will confirm within 7 days.
